Is the fan getting power?

        A quick way to find this out is to see if the fan is HOT. 

IF it is, than it's getting power. 

IF NOT, it could be that the fans coil is "Open", or it's not getting power.

Is the fan getting voltage?

        no - Call for more assistance.

      yes - Replace fan motor.
