Check receptical and cord. Is either burnt or damaged?

Check breaker box for tripped breaker (when a breaker trips it will not be in the OFF position. It will be in the ON position, but a little tripped back and out of line with the other breakers). Turn breaker all the way OFF, then back on, to reset.

If all the above is checking out GOOD, but you still have a problem, you need to call an electrician. We recommend using someone that is a member of the BBB.
