IF everything is working, without any frost build-up, there is one last thing to check.

We need to visually check the evaporator coil in the freezer(side). If it isn't frosting the whole coil within 30 minutes, you probably have a weak compressor or a "freon" leak. Neither one is usually worth fixing.
